Important information on the merger of Hohenstein Textile Testing Institute GmbH & Co. KG with Hohenstein Laboratories GmbH & Co. KG

We would like to inform you that the Hohenstein Textile Testing Institute GmbH & Co. KG will be merged with Hohenstein Laboratories GmbH & Co. KG. With this merger, we are bundling Hohenstein's extensive expertise, which extends far beyond the textile sector, under one roof. This will put us in an even better position to meet the constantly growing demands of the various markets. The merger will take effect on 01.09.2024.

As Hohenstein Laboratories GmbH & Co. KG is the legal successor to Hohenstein Textile Testing Institute GmbH & Co. KG, there will be no changes for you as a customer or supplier. Existing contracts remain valid and are automatically transferred to Hohenstein Laboratories GmbH & Co. All accreditations with the DAkkS will be taken over by Hohenstein Laboratories GmbH & Co. KG and bundled here.

You will retain your previous contact persons with their contact details and location. You only have to exchange your master data of Hohenstein Textile Testing Institute GmbH & Co. KG in your systems with the following master data of Hohenstein Laboratories GmbH & Co. KG by 01.09.2024:
